I hope you are enjoying the beginning of new year and cozy winters at home but Holidays are over! Sorry for being a bummer but it is what it is and since you’ve taken some pretty challenging resolutions, you must make your mornings as productive as you should, to be consistent on your goals. Mornings set your mood for the day. That’s why I put together 7 tips for a productive morning. A productive morning means a productive day.

7 tips for a productive morning routine

  1. Do not snooze the alarm! Get up as soon as the alarm goes off. Keep your phone and alarm clock at a distance from your bed. It will help you get up. Try to get up as early as possible because as annoying and hard as it sounds it is the best habit for a productive day.
  2. walk for 15 mins around the house or in the garden and drink 1 full glass of water. It will help you get refreshed and you won’t feel sleepy.
  3. Prepare a healthy breakfast for yourself. A healthy start won’t let you down throughout the day.
  4. Read your to do list for the day and plan your day accordingly.
  5. Do not forget to workout, even if it is for 10 mins but do exercise a bit you’ll get pumped up for the day.
  6. Take a shower and don’t skip your morning skincare routine. Your skin needs you dont take that for granted girl.
  7. Tell yourself you’re a beautiful and empowered woman and you can handle everything the day is going to throw at you dont let yourself be demotivated.

Now get up and conquer the day girl! You’re strong and beautiful, never forget that.
